8 players per team: 5 core players • 1 celebrity • 1 influencer • 1 basketball legend
Coaches: Streetball icons or ex-pros (NBA/FIBA veterans)
GAME FORMAT
Two halves of 15 minutes (running clock)
No timeouts. No breaks. Pure flow.
